These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cx99 ("cx99", "we", "us", "the Platform"). 1.3 Entire Agreement

02 Eligibility, Age Restriction & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. cx99 performs age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the underage period will be forfeited.
2.2 Eligibility Criteria
To register and maintain an account with cx99, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age.

2.3 Account Registration

Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. 2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cx99 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. cx99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 03 Account Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
3.1 Player Obligations
As a registered player on cx99, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
- Provide truthful and accurate information at all times, including during registration and any subsequent verification requests.

4.3 Deposit Processing
All deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cx99 account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by the platform. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your account. cx99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which cx99 bears no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within the following indicative timeframes:

4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
cx99 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4.6 Third-Party Payments
cx99 strictly prohibits the use of payment methods registered in a third party's name. All deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from payment accounts owned by and registered to the same individual as the cx99 account holder. Payments received from third-party accounts will be returned and the corresponding account reviewed for compliance.
05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Welcome Bonus
New cx99 members may be eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. 06 Game Rules, Betting Rules & Dispute Resolution
6.1 Casino Game Rules
Each casino game available on the cx99 platform operates according to the rules defined by the game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming). In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the individual game in question. 6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Bets are final once confirmed. cx99 reserves the right to void any bet where the relevant event has been cancelled, abandoned, or where the result is subject to official review or reversal by the relevant sporting authority (including ICC, FIFA, FIBA, or BPL governing bodies).
6.3 In-Play Betting
cx99 offers live in-play betting on selected sports events. In-play odds are updated in real time and cx99 reserves the right to suspend or close betting markets at any time during a live event without prior notice. cx99 is not responsible for network delays that may cause a bet to be placed at odds that have since changed — however, all accepted bets at confirmed odds are honoured.
6.4 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a software or technical error, malfunction, or communication fault during any game or betting activity, cx99 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet. No payment will be made for bets or game rounds affected by a malfunction. Where cx99 has already paid out winnings on a void round due to an error, cx99 reserves the right to reclaim those amounts from the player's account balance.
6.5 Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been an error in the outcome of a game round or sports bet, you must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the event in question by contacting the cx99 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. cx99 will investigate all valid disputes and provide a response within 5 business days. cx99's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any appeal process described below.

7.5 Account Closure by cx99
cx99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where account activity is inconsistent with legitimate recreational play, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
08 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 Platform Availability

8.5 Intellectual Property
All content on the cx99 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and trade marks — is the property of cx99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cx99 content without express written permission.
8.6 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while preserving the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.
