01 General Terms & Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cx99 ("cx99", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cx99 website at cx99.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with cx99's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the cx99 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

cx99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Material changes that affect player rights will be communicated via account notification or platform announcement.

1.2 Governing Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all respects and govern the interpretation of this Agreement.

1.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, any applicable bonus terms, and game-specific rules published on the cx99 platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and cx99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

02 Eligibility, Age Restriction & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the cx99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. cx99 performs age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the underage period will be forfeited.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account with cx99, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering and using the platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of cx99 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account terminated by cx99 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active cx99 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. cx99 reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cx99 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. cx99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cx99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

03 Account Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

3.1 Player Obligations

As a registered player on cx99, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• Provide truthful and accurate information at all times, including during registration and any subsequent verification requests.
• Keep your account information up to date, including your contact details and payment method information.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name — cx99 does not permit third-party deposits or withdrawals.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction with respect to online gambling.
• Notify cx99 promptly if you become aware of any error, malfunction, or irregularity in the platform's operation.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts (bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any other purpose).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain — any such winnings are considered void.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sports betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the cx99 platform.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any legitimate cx99 transaction with your payment provider.
• Using the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the cx99 service.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cx99 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

cx99 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount on cx99 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Full limit details are provided within the account dashboard. cx99 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time and without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

All deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cx99 account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by the platform. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your account. cx99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which cx99 bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within the following indicative timeframes:

• bKash & Nagad: 1–4 hours
• Rocket & Upay: Same business day
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days

These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity, during public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. cx99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cx99 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.6 Third-Party Payments

cx99 strictly prohibits the use of payment methods registered in a third party's name. All deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from payment accounts owned by and registered to the same individual as the cx99 account holder. Payments received from third-party accounts will be returned and the corresponding account reviewed for compliance.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

cx99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are displayed at the point of offer and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New cx99 members may be eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To claim the welcome bonus, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount specified at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. 5.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before any winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money. Unless otherwise stated, all cx99 bonuses carry wagering requirements. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates by game category are listed in the bonus terms for each specific offer. cx99 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and related real-money winnings where wagering requirements have not been met or where abuse is detected.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

cx99 actively monitors bonus redemption patterns. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures — will have their bonus voided, related winnings forfeited, and their account suspended.

5.5 Promotional Eligibility

cx99 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for specific promotions based on account activity, verification status, deposit history, or geographic location. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are intended for recreational players using their own funds and playing in good faith. cx99's decision on all promotional matters is final.

06 Game Rules, Betting Rules & Dispute Resolution

6.1 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game available on the cx99 platform operates according to the rules defined by the game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming). In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the individual game in question. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable rules and accept the associated risk of loss.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on cx99 — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, basketball, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the betting rules published within the cx99 sports betting section. Bets are final once confirmed. cx99 reserves the right to void any bet where the relevant event has been cancelled, abandoned, or where the result is subject to official review or reversal by the relevant sporting authority (including ICC, FIFA, FIBA, or BPL governing bodies).

6.3 In-Play Betting

cx99 offers live in-play betting on selected sports events. In-play odds are updated in real time and cx99 reserves the right to suspend or close betting markets at any time during a live event without prior notice. cx99 is not responsible for network delays that may cause a bet to be placed at odds that have since changed — however, all accepted bets at confirmed odds are honoured.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software or technical error, malfunction, or communication fault during any game or betting activity, cx99 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet. No payment will be made for bets or game rounds affected by a malfunction. Where cx99 has already paid out winnings on a void round due to an error, cx99 reserves the right to reclaim those amounts from the player's account balance.

6.5 Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in the outcome of a game round or sports bet, you must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the event in question by contacting the cx99 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. cx99 will investigate all valid disputes and provide a response within 5 business days. cx99's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any appeal process described below.

6.6 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute investigation, you may escalate the matter by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". cx99 will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve all escalated matters within 14 business days.

07 Responsible Gaming, Self-Exclusion & Account Closure

7.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any marketing communications from cx99. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of identity verification.

7.4 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your cx99 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before account closure, all pending withdrawals must be completed and any active bonuses will be voided. Account closure does not affect your legal obligations under this Agreement with respect to activity that occurred prior to closure.

7.5 Account Closure by cx99

cx99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where account activity is inconsistent with legitimate recreational play, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

08 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 Platform Availability

cx99 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the website, any game, or any service will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond cx99's reasonable control may cause periods of unavailability. cx99 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The cx99 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. cx99 does not warrant that the platform is free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx99's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your cx99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cx99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.4 Force Majeure

cx99 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet service disruptions, power outages, civil unrest, or failures of third-party payment providers.

8.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the cx99 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and trade marks — is the property of cx99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cx99 content without express written permission.

8.6 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while preserving the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.
